This study aims to find evidence of the clinical efficacy Family Centered Empowerment Model (FCEM) care concept improve parents' coping mechanisms in caring for children with chronic illnesses. The method used is a systematic review based on guidelines from Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA), which includes e-resources ProQuest, Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed, EBSCOhost 2012 – 2022. Articles included was made Population Intervention Comparison Outcome Study (PICOS) design (P) Parents/caregivers disease, (I) Concept Family-Centered care, (C) There no comparison intervention, ( O) Improving results showed that 552 articles filtered into eight themes, data found FCEM can In conclusion, effectively improves diseases.
